About Claire

Claire is now back at Ogbourne Downs. Claire was interviewed by The Swindon Advertiser on her return to the Club.

“It’s lovely to be back, I’m really enjoying it,” she said. “It’s nice to see some of the old faces I remember from when I was a kid and it’s nice to have the association with the club again.

“I’ve been coaching for 25 years but I haven’t been around the club in the last 10 or 15 years I suppose. The course hasn’t changed much but it is fab and in really good condition.

“I don’t think we have many girls here but we have a few good boys so it would be nice to get more girls playing. I think there is generally a lack of girls playing so that would be quite nice to see.”
