Juniors

Dear Junior Golfer

Welcome to the Junior Section at Ogbourne Downs. The section is organised by a Committee comprising of myself, Sean James and Craig Wykeham-Martin. Both Sean and Craig are parents of junior members, Sean is in charge of internal junior events and Craig is focussed towards development. My role is organising junior matches against other Clubs in the Wiltshire Whitehorse League.

We are also very fortunate to have two teaching professionals who work closely with our juniors. The Junior Notice Board, located in the stud bar, is where you will find out what is going on. We have now launched an online noticeboard which enables juniors to receive information faster and more conveniently.

Golf is a game which you can play for the whole of your life. At Ogbourne we want to give you the opportunity to learn to play, reach the highest standard that you can achieve, learn the rules and above all enjoy yourself whilst making friends with other golfers.
